Our safety approach
We combine prevention, reporting, moderation, escalation pathways, and transparent rules. No system can remove every risk, so we also help members make informed choices.
Privacy by design
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the service, apply access controls, and avoid selling personal information.
Member controls
Members will be able to block, report, leave conversations, and manage visibility. Reports involving safety receive priority review.
Not professional care
Peers provide lived-experience support, not diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention.
